Indoor playgrounds are located near shopping malls and residential areas in major cities, gathering many children and parents, so safety is of paramount importance. As an operator of an indoor playground, you need to conduct regular self-inspections to prevent safety hazards before they occur.
1. Importance of fire escape
In the indoor playground, a fire escape should be reserved to ensure that
there is a passage more than two meters wide, leaving a life path for
evacuation for hidden dangers such as fire. Therefore, the site facilities
should not be too full when designing.
2. Perfect fire-fighting equipment
Fire extinguishers should be placed in obvious positions in the soft
playground, and expired fire extinguishers should be checked and replaced
regularly. At the same time, emergency lights and evacuation signs are
equipped in the park.
3. The staff in the park should achieve "four understandings and four skills"
Four understandings: understand the fire hazards of this position;
understand the measures to prevent fires; understand the methods of
extinguishing fires; understand the methods of escape.
Four skills: be able to call the police; be able to extinguish initial fires; be
able to organize evacuation and escape; be able to use fire-fighting
equipment.
4. Product materials should be environmentally friendly and safe
Once a fire occurs, a large amount of toxic smoke generated by flammable
materials is the main cause of suffocation and death. Therefore, the
various materials used in soft playground must be flame retardant or use
materials with high ignition points.
5. Conduct fire protection knowledge training and evacuation drills regularly
Employees should be trained in safety knowledge regularly to avoid panic
in disasters. Let each employee be familiar with the route of the safety
passage, perform their duties during the drill, and help parents and children
escape.
